Our Fond du Lac facility is looking for a Crane Hook-up operator
Duties include:
Attaching a sling, rope, magnet, chain or other hooking device to part or parts to be lifted onto machine tool or in the assembly of a machine.
Parts vary in size from weight and size.
Parts are made of case itron, steel and other metals.
Operate overhead bridge crane with remote control to lift, transport, and accurately osition parts, equipment or assembled material. Must know limitation and potential of crane and hooking devices.
Determine proper placing of skids in storage and stacking when setting parts down. Protect all finished surfaces from chaings, scratching, bumping, denting and chippings.
