Il agira à titre de spécialiste auprès des équipes. Le poste est 80% chantier/terrain et 20% bureau. Description de tâches : * Rencontrer les équipes opérationnelles sur le terrain et participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue. * Agir à titre de spécialiste en SST pour soutenir et outiller la mise en place des actions requises; * Effectuer les analyses de risque pour les postes de travail; * Veiller à l’application du plan de prévention; conseiller sur les améliorations et les bonnes pratiques; * Promouvoir la culture de sécurité partout à travers l’organisation (employés et sous-traitants); * Effectuer des audits SST selon les protocoles de la division Aluminium (FSOD, GRA, Find it/Fix it); * Encadrer, former et accompagner les équipes; * Animer et présenter les résultats et informations pertinentes en lien avec la SST lors de comité, réunions générales etc. * Analyser les processus de travail et enquêtes d’accidents de travail de nos différents sites et rédiger des rapports et recommandations; * Répondre aux demandes quotidiennes des employés et des responsables sur les questions de santé et de sécurité; * Examiner et approuver les programmes de prévention et les méthodes avant le début des travaux sur le chantier; * Participer aux rencontres de groupe ou de division en lien avec la SST. Exigences requises : * Diplôme en lien avec l’emploi (certificat en SST ou autre). * Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. * Expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier. * Attestation du cours santé et sécurité sur les chantiers de construction (ASP construction); * Expérience sur chantier de construction (un atout). * Connaissance des lois encadrant la santé et la sécurité au travail. * Niveau intermédiaire avancé en anglais autant à l’oral qu’a l’écrit, compte tenu qu’il y a des interactions régulières avec le bureau de l’Ontario et les autres entités du groupe situés partout dans le monde; * Connaissance MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT) et aisance dans l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils. * Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents et réguliers principalement à Québec, Montréal, Saguenay et Toronto (Passeport et permis de conduite valide); Qualités recherchées : * Leadership et proactivité * Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. * Haut niveau d’autonomie. * Capacité d’analyse et de discernement. * Capacité à prendre des décisions difficiles dans divers contextes et à faire face à l’ambiguïté et aux situations imprévues. * Sens de l’organisation et des priorités. * Personne passionnée de la SST

Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Juridique composée d’une vingtaine de personnes, rattaché(e) directement à la Directrice Juridique M&A, vous serez impliqué(e) sur l’ensemble des opérations « haut de bilan » du Groupe Fives : * Participer aux opérations de croissance externe et prises de participation, en France et à l’étranger : revue des NDAs et des lettres d’intention, préparation des data rooms et suivi des Q&A, participation aux audits juridiques, participation à la rédaction et négociation de la documentation contractuelle (APA, SPA, pactes d’actionnaires, TSA), préparation des signing/closings, suivi post-closing. * Participer aux opérations de financement et refinancement bancaires : préparation des data rooms et suivi des Q&A, participation à la revue et négociation de la documentation bancaire et obligataire; préparation des signings / closings. * Participer aux opérations « haut de bilan » : relations avec les actionnaires (pactes d’actionnaires, management package). * Participer aux opérations internes (réorganisations internes, APA, fusion, TUP, cessions, conventions intragroupe). * Suivre les engagements et obligations de confidentialité applicables. * Effectuer des recherches juridiques en droit des sociétés. Position Summary Performs a wide range of duties to set up, adjust and operate a CNC machine. Machine surfaces to close tolerances involving combinations of operations such as milling, turning, boring, recessing, drilling, tapping, etc. This requires skill, judgment and knowledge related to precision machining techniques and finishes. Familiarity with CNC machine tool operational procedures as well as knowledge of GD&T and the ability to read blueprints. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: * Set up and run CNC machine through operation sequences to check setup, set tools, tooling operational sequences, clearances, speeds, feeds, etc., and adjust machine to correct. * Work from drawings and setup instructions to load, position, align and secure workpiece in machine. * Observe operation while machining and edit work & tooling offsets as needed. * Study and work from part drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece. Work to very close tolerances. * Use a range of measuring instruments to make set-ups, adjustments and to check work * Maintain machine and work area in a clean and orderly manner.
